Meet Daniel Gausden

Daniel Gausden, Physical TherapistPhysical Therapist

As Functional Patterns rehabilitation practitioners, we take a more holistic approach to conditioning and rehabilitation, which I have found over the years to yield incredible results.”

I have been in the fitness and rehabilitation industry for the past 14 years. I’ve always had a passion for how the human body moves and functions. Back in 2006 I qualified as a personal trainer.

Over the years I took a keen interest into the rehabilitation field and combining this with Functional conditioning to help my clients get back to their fullest fitness. I have worked with many different people over the past ten years from your average gym goer to elite level athletes.

Education and Training

I have spent many years progressing my craft and taking many other courses to further my education. I have spent time training in the states learning the functional patterns methodology which is the main form of exercise and rehabilitation I use to help my clients on their path to recovery.

When I’m not at work or spending time with my family, I’m following my passion for extreme sports, skating, BMX and best of all wakeboarding.
