Meet The Doctor- Dr. Mark Yacoub

“I suffered with constant severe low back pain for five years from the age of seven. My Family tried every conceivable form of treatment in order to help me, but nothing helped! I was finally sent to an Orthopaedic consultant who decided that I needed to have both my hips operated on (I was twelve!). My parents decided not to go for the surgical option as I was so young. My family moved to the United States, where I first heard of and received treatment from a chiropractor. The improvement was miraculous! I was so inspired that I decided at the age of 13 to become a Chiropractor”

Dr. Yacoub completed a five year course at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth in 2002. He received a BSc (Hons.) in Human Sciences with First Class honours. After a one-year internship at the college student clinic he qualified with a Master of Science in Chiropractic.

He continues to study and update his knowledge base by regularly attending postgraduate seminars in order to provide the highest level of care to his patients and their families.

Mark is a full member of the United Chiropractic Association and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
